Assessment

The Assessment is where the parent and child visit the Centre and have the chance to discuss the child’s needs, whilst the Conductor assesses their movement.

Every assessment is different according to the child’s ability and needs; however each assessment lasts for approximately one hour.
After the assessment the team discuss the suitability of Conductive Education for the child, if appropriate we then discuss the placement of the child with the parents.
Prior to leaving the Centre the parents and Conductors establish a start date.
