services to CPC, MBS clients and as such all business transactions are conducted
under their terms and conditions. CPC, CPC members or related organisations,
MBS or MBS IT Services Ltd and any of its associates cannot be held responsible
for the quality and consistency of the "imagefiles" work. All MBS
images uploaded to "theimagefile" are done so with the understanding
that these images left MBS as high quality pictures but having left the direct
control of MBS are subject to "theimagefile" strict service controls.
CPC, CPC members or related organisations, MBS or MBS IT Services Ltd and any
of its associates cannot and will not be responsible for loss of monies or refunds.
